Specify the 'Petty cash' types. To do this, Click the 'Petty Cash' menu item under 'Service Desk' then use the 'Types' tab and fill in the form that opens. 

Use the 'Periods' tab to specify the period of request by double clicking on a particular record.

 

Click on 'New' in the 'Allocations' form and fill in the required details and save

To add more details, double click on the record

The form that opens enables you to add details on Expenditure, Budget, Banking and Allocations. Save changes after filling all the required fields.
